C.P. Hart Case Study – The Brief
C.P. Hart had been producing images for many years using room-set photography. They regularly hired beautiful period properties for photography shoots to showcase their products but decided it was time to look at other cost saving options, without compromising on the quality of the images.
They made the decision to move from Photography to CGI but needed the right team to guide them through the creative and technical process.
Initially we were given the opportunity to pitch against other studios to produce a ‘French Chateau’ and ‘London Town House Renovation’ inspired room sets using CGI. Our team worked tirelessly to produce 2 designs within a very tight time frame.
The designs were sent to C.P. Hart for feedback and we won the commission! Our creativity, technical ability and dedication to quality paid off.
Our team are highly skilled and creative, comprising of project managers, designers, 3D visualizers, 3D Modelers, stylists and photographers.
From the initial ideas through to the final retouches, they all played a vital role in creating the final CGI images for this project.
We pride ourselves on our seamless process and attention to detail.
After receiving the brief we made sure that we had fully understood their expectations correctly before commencing.
All the key staff were briefed and made aware of timescales and deadlines. The project manager kept everything moving in the right direction whilst keeping the client informed at all times and talking them through the process.
Mood boards and designs were created and presented. Any tweaks made by C.P. Hart were made before we commenced.
3D modelers then started to model the products and props whilst the 3D visualizer started to construct the sets designed on the signed-off mood boards.
A stylist and photographer worked closely with the 3D visualizer to light the set and place products and props within it.
Internally, we created a number of low-resolution renders before submitting version 1 for feedback.
C.P. Hart were then given some time to advise us of any changes to the images before final sign off.
Any changes are then applied before the images go to the final render process.
